Terms and conditions
These terms cover use of this website and the basis on which EE MOTORS LTD. carries out work. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Using this website
The content here is provided for general information about the garage and its services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or omission at all times.
Content, layout and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Prices and quotations
Prices shown on this site are indicative labour prices and starting points, not a binding quotation for your vehicle. Actual cost depends on the vehicle, its condition and the parts required.
- MOT testing is advertised from £40 for Class 4 vehicles
- Diagnostics are offered free of charge using Snap-On equipment
- Full service labour is £40; parts are quoted separately
- Brake pad replacement labour is £20 and brake disc replacement labour is £40
- Wheel tracking is £40, included free with a set of four tyres
- Clutch replacement labour starts from £200 and varies by vehicle
- Recovery is free for qualifying repair jobs
A firm price is given before work begins. If further work is found to be necessary once the vehicle is on the ramp, we will contact you with the cost and will not proceed without your approval.
The 15% offer
The 15% offer applies to eligible service labour confirmed by EE Motors. Parts, specialist work and any extra repairs found during the job are quoted separately.
The offer runs for a limited time and may be withdrawn or changed. It cannot be exchanged for cash. If you are unsure whether it applies to your job, ask when you book.
Bookings
A booking made through the online form is a request for an appointment. It becomes a confirmed appointment once the garage has reviewed and accepted it. We may need to move an appointment where a job overruns or parts are delayed, and we will let you know as soon as we can.
If you cannot make an appointment, please tell us as early as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else.
MOT testing
MOT tests are carried out under DVSA rules and results are recorded on the national MOT database. An MOT certifies that the vehicle met the minimum legal standard at the time of the test. It is not a guarantee of mechanical condition or of continued roadworthiness, and it does not replace regular servicing.
You are under no obligation to have failure items repaired here. We will explain what failed and what it would cost, and the decision is yours.
Work, parts and payment
Work is carried out with reasonable care and skill. Parts supplied carry the manufacturer or supplier warranty applicable to them; details are available on request.
Where you supply your own parts, we cannot warrant those parts or any failure arising from them.
Payment is due on collection unless agreed otherwise in advance. Vehicles are left at the owner’s risk while on our premises, save for loss or damage caused by our negligence.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of earnings, hire costs or missed appointments arising from a delay or a fault.
